ABOUT THE GUIDE
The General Counsel’s Guide to Government Investigations (The Guide) has been published by The Government Investigations & Civil Litigation Institute. The Guide will be distributed free of charge to a wide range of in-house counsel in the United States as part of GICLI’s educational mission. The goal of The Guide is to provide a basic introduction from a sophisticated perspective for handling and representation of corporations and individuals in government investigations. Our strategy will equip in-house counsel with a quick topical overview of legal guidelines and best practices.
